- Same-day move-ins are not honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code and communal areas (Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool). The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
Property Access
- This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Elevator access is available.
Policies and Rules
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- No smoking allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Children allowed.
- No pets allowed. Maximum pets: 0.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
- Maximum guests: 8.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents (primary residence within two hours of the property) to book homes.
- Guests with a confirmed criminal record will be declined and asked to cancel their booking at their own expense.
- Guests must provide identity authentication via AutoHost for GoodNight Stay (name, address, phone number, and photo ID). Failure to do so within 48 hours of booking may result in cancellation without penalty.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for injury or damages.

Parking Information
- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available or if you have extra vehicles, first-come, first-serve street parking is available.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Pool is open seasonally, typically from early spring through the end of October, from 10 AM to 10 PM, at the discretion of the HOA.
- For 2025, the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
- Luggage holding service is available from Monday to Sunday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage over 50 lbs will not be accepted.
- Starter amenities provided for kitchens and bathrooms. Kitchen set: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters. Bathroom set (per full bathroom): 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, trash can liner. Additional items cannot be provided as these are meant to kick-start your stay.
